Services

PixLynk provides digital services including but not limited to logo design, branding, web design, web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, SEO, digital marketing, and related creative services.

Project Agreements

All project work is governed by individual project agreements or statements of work agreed upon between PixLynk and the client. These terms are supplementary to any project-specific agreements.

Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to final deliverables as specified in the project agreement.
• PixLynk retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All preliminary work, concepts, and unused designs remain the intellectual property of PixLynk.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. Generally, a deposit is required before project commencement, with the balance due upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Revisions and Changes

The number of included revisions is specified in each project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

Limitation of Liability

PixLynk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose proprietary business information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly, and deposits may be non-refundable depending on project stage.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
